Probiotics

Probiotics are beneficial bacteria of different varieties that exist in billions in the human body with innumerable roles in the digestive system. Also known as the “good” bacteria, they are essential for regulating the health and functions of the human body. On the other hand, there are also bacteria that are detrimental, which is sometimes known as the “bad” bacteria. Inevitably, the human body are hosts to both “good” and “bad” bacteria; the trick to keeping a healthy balance of bacteria in the digestive system is to keep the ratio of probiotics greater than the “bad” bacteria.
